Mindset for Recruiting - 3 Different Areas Around The Mindset


 Hey, It's Joan Robison. I'm a leadership coach, mindset guru, and author of the book Flip The Switch. Today we're going to talk about mindset for recruiting. I'm going to share three different areas around the mindset, that I think are really going to support you. Of course, if you take action.

1. Make a list of your company's benefits that makes you excited.

2. Make a list of kind of the person that you want to attract to your business.

3. Recognize somebody that desired to recruit.
